Not sure where to begin? You’re not alone.

Beginning therapy is a transformative step—one that can open new possibilities, whether it’s your first time or you’re returning after a break. Here’s what you can expect:

What to Expect

Starting therapy is about making space for growth and reconnecting with what matters to you.

1

Reach Out

Start by reaching out through the contact form with a little about yourself. I’ll respond within 24–48 business hours to set up a brief call.

2

Connect

We’ll have a short conversation to get to know each other and answer your questions. This is a chance to see if we’re the right fit and talk about how we could work together to support your goals.

3

Get Started

After our call, I’ll send in-take paperwork and we’ll schedule your first session. From there, we’ll set a rhythm—typically weekly or biweekly—that supports your goals and helps you move forward with a clearer sense of direction.

Session Details

Sessions are 55 minutes and held remotely.
